Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bushra Studio ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Mimicat: Mimic Voice Party (the "Game"). By using the Game, you agree to this policy.
Summary
- Your voice recordings are analysed on your device only. They are never uploaded, shared or kept.
- We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your email, phone number or location.
- The Game shows ads through Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising ID.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details.
Microphone and voice
The Game asks for microphone permission because the gameplay is about imitating sounds with your voice. While you record, the audio is processed in real time on your device to score your imitation. Recordings are not saved after scoring, are not uploaded to any server, and are not shared with us or with any third party. You can turn microphone access off at any time in your device settings, but the Game cannot be played without it.
Information stored on your device
The Game saves your progress on your device, including the player name you choose, your birth year (used only to tailor ads, see below), your language, levels, coins, gems, items and settings. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. Deleting the Game deletes it.
Leaderboards, matches and parties in the Game include computer-controlled players. Your name and scores are not shared with other people.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions. Google's use of this information is described in its How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services page and the Google Privacy Policy.
- Consent: where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the Game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google's consent tool. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options in the Game.
- Personalised ads: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device's settings (on Android: Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- Rewarded ads are always optional: you choose to watch them in exchange for an in-game reward.
In-app purchases
The Game offers optional purchases (for example removing ads, gems and titles). Payments are handled entirely by Google Play under the Google Payments Privacy Notice. We receive only confirmation that a purchase was made so that we can deliver the item. The Game uses Unity In-App Purchasing to talk to Google Play; see the Unity Privacy Policy.
Children
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. When a player enters a birth year showing they are under 13, the Game requests only non-personalised, child-appropriate ads from Google AdMob. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.
Third-party services
- Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (advertising and consent)
- Google Play Billing (purchases)
- Unity Technologies (game engine and in-app purchasing)
Each of these services has its own privacy policy, which applies to the information it processes.
Security and retention
Information sent by these services is encrypted in transit. Because your game data is stored only on your device, we do not keep it on any server. Data processed by Google or Unity is kept under their own retention policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to or limit its processing. Since we do not hold your game data on our servers, you can delete it by uninstalling the Game. For data processed by Google, use the controls described above or contact Google. For any other request, email us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
